Cousins

The hottest day of the year is how we may remember Granddaughter Lucy’s 19th Birthday. Her Mum and I took her and cousin Robynn out for lunch to celebrate not just Lucy’s advancing years but also to say au revoir to Robynn who leaves for Oman tomorrow and then a job in Dubai after her graduation in Stirling at the beginning of the month.

It was a merry meal and a delicious one before returning to the Dower House for birthday cake, and spritzers perfectly prepared by His Lordship who was happy to make a cameo entrance before retiring to the peace of his man cave.
A lovely afternoon was had by all.
