Happiness is...

A wet Piggy! Seeing the heron made our morning.

As we were collecting Chris from overnight babysitting we decided to combine our duties by walking round the lake in Eastbourne on the way. The dogs heartily approved of going for a paddle. (Dave went in the water too but avoided the camera)

After yesterday's non stop day I was pleased to have an hour to myself before meeting my friend. We went to a posh hotel on the seafront for a cold drink before walking round the harbour and doing our shopping. The supermarket was blissfully cold.

We had a few rumbles of thunder but only two minutes of rain. Disappointed!
