Uzbek women

I’m still a bit under the weather with tummy trouble, as has Ailie. We are trying to sort accommodation etc for our next section of the Dales Way in October but lots of places either can’t take Chris’s dog, or there is no room.

Mr C very nobly stepped up for me on the childminding and has taken Ella and Nathaniel to see The Rocket, the first steam locomotive in the world (or its replica). He deserves some spoiling when he gets back.

We had thunder and lightening in the night and cloud totally obscured the blue moon. It is quite cool and breezy today which makes a change.

This Blip is a photo of a block print Anna, who we met on the Kyrgyzstan/Uzbekistan trip, sent me. I think she is so talented. She is struggling with effects of her chemo following an operation for stomach cancer. She is such a spirited woman.
