Lack Of Communication

Josh travelled back to Gibraltar Barracks by train today with little help from the rail company.
We left for Truro in good time only to find his train had been cancelled no reason given and just a shrug of the shoulders as a response.
This then meant a dash out of Truro and up the A30 to Bodmin Parkway station in order to get him onto the London bound train.
It’s a poor train service with poorer customer relations and considering the ‘flak’ the rail companies are currently receiving you would expect at least a better response.

Today’s photo shows Falmouth’s infamous ‘rising bollard’. After months out of action after being repeatedly hit by vehicles it’s back just in time for summer.
Should frustrate the holidaymakers and infuriate the locals!
