Six adults, five children, one baby and a forecast of constant rain and wind, what could possibly go wrong?

Thankfully, we managed to get all the tents and gazebos up and cook dinner before the rain. One of the keys to enjoyable camping is good food and tonight we feasted! Homemade chilli and rice, garlic bread cooked on coals, plenty of beer and even a drop of port around the fire pit as we toasted marshmallows.

The rain started at about 2am. Driving rain, howling winds but thankfully, we were all cosily tucked up in bed.
