Supervising the trimming of the tree....

I swear I heard louder chirps like he/she was saying "no not that branch this one"..... 

A quiet Sunday morning, followed up by going to see my dad.. I brought what he asked for, a hot link, a slurpee and cinnamon pecans from the fair.. Unfortunately he wasn't having a very good day.. One bite of the hot link and he said it was to hot.. so I gave him my spicy dog.. Only two bites and he was full.. No slurpee but did drink some water.. He didn't like the pecans so out came the chocolate from his candy drawer..  We talked about 15 minutes and he slept the rest of the time I was there..

Onwards to Costco - where you can buy things in the size to feed a village.. Back at home in front a fan trying to stay cool in 91F / 31C heat watching the ball game. I'm making a run for the border tomorrow.. Ok headed to a customer a mile from the Canadian border but close enough.. Looking forward to Wednesday when we finally break the heatwave and temps go under 80F / 26C again..
