Tea for two and two for tea

I finally managed to take mum for her Christmas present. Tea for two at Armathwaite Hall Hotel. It was absolutely delicious and we ended up taking a large doggy bag home because we were too full (laughs).

I'd had my cholesterol checked early this morning. After 3 months of a "bad fat free diet" resulting in the loss of 20 lbs and hopefully a reduction in my cholesterol level, I tucked into my high calorie tea with delight, (back on the Wagon tonight).

I also took the car to get it's soft tyre sorted. The flat tyre light came on just as I got to the garage. I was so pleased to be there, I have a bit of flat tyre phobia.
