Perspective

Last Thursday, a lorry drove into a bridge on the M6 (as reported by the BBC, when they weren't busy giving a platform to members of the alt-right).

Consequently, while the bridge is being repaired, the motorway is down to two lanes but for reasons I can't fathom, this is causing far more trouble that you'd normally expect and there are miles of tailback all the way up the motorway. 

So this morning I found myself stationary on the M6 next to my beloved Forton services but at least I was able to get a photo from an angle I couldn't normally manage.
