The Rock of Cashel

We passed this on the way south from Dublin to Mallow [ near ] Cork]. It is an amazing old palace built for the Kings of Munster hundred's of years ago and it just suddenly appears in view - quite startling. It is a very deep hill up to it and even with the wheelchair think we may not make it . No time today but maybe on our way back?
Had a lovely outdoor breakfast in Dublin then visited the Archeology section of the National Museum which had some fabulous artifacts.
