My Crazy Life! ;-)

Household Waste Recycling Centre

Pending an imminent move across from one South Cambridgeshire village to another we have been clearing out both our houses ready for me to move from my little one bed house into Grandpa’s granny annexe by Christmas.

The council has allocated me a new lockup garage in my current village and so we have been moving trailer loads full of stuff to the new one from the old one located about five and a bit miles away.

During the process I have sorted through ten years of crap and to be honest I feel very bad that it had to all go to the local tip. As a result my garage is looking much tidier than it’s predecessor with more than half the stuff that was crammed into the old one.

It’s a great feeling. Getting rid of old junk is very rewarding. I must think about my lifestyle and think before I purchase things in the future. Will it end up at the local tip after living in the garage for ten years?

I hope my blip for today gives some food for thought and thoughtful food for all us all to think about and ponder. Think, do I really need to buy this? Will it end up in landfill? Sorry for preaching to you all but it really has been an eye opener day for myself.
