Strangford Lough

We sailed into Strangford for the first time today. As you might guess, this is a Viking name (strong fjord) which stuck!

There are meant to be 365 islands in the Lough, which makes it a bit tricky for sailing, but we managed to avoid running aground. So far, anyway.

It was a bit dreich today but we've just cracked open a beer and the sun has come out! Perhaps it will be nicer tomorrow.
