Maria, Paul and beautiful wildflowers.

We went out for lunch at Bashall Barn a wonderful eatery in a converted barn, near Clitheroe. I had the lovely buffet sald with garlic bread and sparkling Elderflower on ice.
We were fortunate to sit outside and while being sunny, not too hot.
The cows in the nearby farm were mooing as their feed was delivered.
The view of Pendle Hill was very clear and magnificent.
Then in the afternoon we visited a beautiful wildflower project on the outskirts of Accrington.
The information board said 12 different kinds of butterfly had been observed there.
