Turville

Jaunt out to Turville, a very picturesque village in Buckinghamshire latterly famous for being where The Vicar of Dibley was filmed. It has a history of thespie claims to fames, also being home to the windmill in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. it’s a private home so you can’t get anywhere near it (a very distant shot in extras).

Bit hot for much of a walk, but we persuaded Lori to take us up over the ridge through some woodland- the views were definitely worth it. Matt declined, citing the short legs of their elderly Jack Russell, so picked us up at the end of the walk after a sneaky half in the Bull and Butcher.
