Boats/shells are carefully loaded and strapped down for their journey to Port Dalhousie in St Catherine's. The Masters compete on Sunday, with a practice day on Monday followed by 6 days of competitive rowing (the young'uns). The Canadian Henley is Canada's largest rowing regatta. I taught cyclefit Thursday night, Barre Friday morning (then enjoyed massages at home from our friend/masseuse) and took Saturday off - I took this opportunity to rest up with my sweetie.
