5 Races Canadian Henley

2 heats and 3 finals for my poor sweetie today in 40 plus temps. We left home at 6 am and returned at 8:30 PM, but the last 2.5 hrs was spent on the pub patio with pizza, beer & wings (an hour commute each way). It was exhausting and keeping cool was the main priority. He ended up with 2 silver and a bronze. I brought my hybrid bike and went for a few rides, did a bit of shopping and lunches In a/c between races. A long but ultimately fun day in beautiful Port Dalhousie.
