Spinnaker Tower

Could this picture have been taken in some sun drenched middle eastern counrty, well yes it could have been, but it was taken here in a very sunny Portsmouth.
What a difference a little sunshine makes to my life, i feel quite warm hearted and uplifted, such a difference to the many rain soaked and sloping shoulder days i've had lately.
Is it a bit premature to say, roll on the lighter evenings and summer time........??
