Spinnaker Tower

The Spinnaker Tower was originally to be called the Millenium Tower in celebration of the year 2000. Like so many projects that were inspired by the turn of the century, the tower wasn't completed on time, so instead of being called the Millenium Tower it was called the Spinnaker Tower.

To be frank, it really is a beautiful looking structure, even more so on a beautifully sunny day.
