Harvest time.....

A busy day today.
First job was to go and finish baling grass in the “ roughest field in Scotland” , or Travers to give it its real name ! Got 150 much needed bales so all the shoogling and pain was worth it .
The contractor started cutting winter barley down the road. Once the rain blew past. The first couple of trailer loads were a bit wet but the breeze picked up and by tonight we were onto the second field and I had half of the first one baled.
Home via the chip shop for a celebratory deep fried pizza supper. Can feel the arteries clogging already.
