I bought this cute little tajine in Morocco, was taught a few recipes by a Moroccan mother Courage who would tirelessly prepare delicious meals for her vast family, squatted on the floor of what didn't look very much like a kitchen!
Well I don't proceed quite the same but I love to use it cause it adds fun and conviviality to the cooking.
