The next trip to the Kneipp-basin with two neighbours in the late afternoon.

Therapeutical use of the basin for my neighbour today: she is bathing or dipping her arm or better her elbow in the cold water (only 60 seconds each turn), which is red hot with a bursitis. If it doesn't get any better very soon, she may need surgery. The water has a constant temperature of 8°C. I can imagine it feels good on the inflammation (and that's what she said, too).
We will go again tomorrow (of course).
