Following yesterday’s blip it was off to Western Goya for my monthly ‘pamper’, alternating monthly with an Indian Head Massage this month it’s a pedicure complete with paraffin wax, my first.

I find the whole experience, both pedicure and massage, relaxing and therapeutic whether it’s the music, the room or the treatment I don’t know but I enjoy it.

Clare and Samantha headed off to Treliske for Sam’s penultimate orthodontist appointment, at the next one she will have her braces removed. It’ll seem strange looking at her with no metalwork around her teeth.
