Consideration

A day of rain showers and intermittent greyness.  Feeling a bit unwell with a summer cold at the moment.  Went for a walk this afternoon to get out of the house.  No-one in the house asked of me but it was special that I was stopped twice by people who wanted to speak of the peacefulness of the afternoon and to enquire about my camera.  In a world where people seem all too often consumed by themselves and to be rushing, it was special.  I took some time to consider life's options.  It is at times like this I wish I could ask Mum her opinion and get her blessing of my decisions.  I will just have to use my judgement as to what she would feel.  I like the wispy clouds in this picture - there was some brightness lighting them up.  As I sat, I noticed the bench where I was seated read 'Joan Jones, 1913-2003, Share Her Favourite View'.
