A Maggies Beak......

....Which I have to say is rather intimidating up close...bolshi as anything even when I shook my car keys at it it didn't move...I do love them though and the warbling call in the mornings.....such an Australian sound.

We here in Australia are in desperate need for rain.....the farmers are struggling and watching their livestock die in droves....I heard that the Government taxed one of the charity funds that was collected for them...made me feel sick to my stomach.
