Verbena Bonariensis

Thanks to everyone that viewed and commented Stefan made the Spotlight. It has topped what has been an incredible week on Blipfoto for me.
Today I went down to the river where I have seen herons. No luck today. Later I did a bit of clearing up in the garden and took some shots of the last of the fuchsias and California Poppies but in the end I like this the best. The Verbena Bonariensis should flower between June and September but this is still going strong.
