We went up to the Ukrainian Cultural Centre to see our old pal and guitar legend Wizz Jones do a gig - usual Fringe bollox, herded in to the venue five minutes before start of one hour performance, then everyone shooed out onto the street so that they can prepare for the next show. We managed to stay around after and have a drink and a catch-up with Wizz, who was in fine form as usual.

While we were waiting to be allowed in to the show, we were milling about in the refreshment area, which had on display a huge variety of Ukrainian knick-knackery.
