...nearly new and all abandoned in a field (with other discarded items....WHY?)

I was warned the wrist would swell...so how come I was surprised this morning by the size.

GP has given me a maybe fit to work note (subject to conditions etc etc)
and I have a phone session tomorrow (8:30 am) to see if I need more than the NHS self-treatment leaflet (thank you BUPA)

Now to confirm my travel insurance is still valid!
