Going, going ....

It's a holiday here today, Maria Himmelfahrt. Spent it first with a wander around 'downtown' Weilheim, then all afternoon with Mike in Seehausen enjoying the Seefest. Think jousting but substitute rowing boats for horses, guys on planks for mounted knights and tie some reeds to the end of the lances; there you have it - Fischerstechen. This was a first round clash, the guy staying above water went on to be champion and won the Reed Crown. Serious balancing skills there!
Dinner in Dachsbrau beergarden, now settled on the terrace enjoying a cool evening. Not bad.
