Sailing again

A morning coffee ashore preceded an excellent sail down the sound of Meganisi. It is difficult to judge from the photo who is more concerned, the helm's woman or the Cap'n.
A pulley borke free after a while and curtailed somewhat the sailing but we ended up in Fiskardo at around 3;00pm, early enough to get a good slot we thought.
There were places but all required a stern line ashore which was another new experience for the inexperienced crew. Eventually all was stable and the boat could be safely left to discover the fleshpots of Fiskardo, a pretty place with plenty of history, on account of it not being flattened in the 1953 earthquake, but a real tourist honey-pot as a consequence,.
As it was our last night, cocktails were sunk and a very decent meal had on a harbour-side taverna, entertained by jugglers, a uni-cyclist, a fire juggler and musicians as well of course as our own sparkling conversation.
