Fringe concerts
The final performance by Triplicity was delightful. So glad to be there as I had missed the last few years because of the rota I was on for blood transfusions (thanks to the beast from the east in March).
Then on to Nando’s for a quick meal, admired Greyfriars Bobby’s nose and into the Kirk for the Cappella Nova concert. The music, by Robert Carver, was written about 1520 and part of the Flodden Wall was pointed out to me as we came out.
Magnificent music, hearing it for the second time, able to relax into it.
