Mead fires and wind mills

I could have offered you another band shot, in fact I’ve put two in the extras ; and fabulous they were. But it’s not all about music. There is mead too... and windmills... and as the light goes from the day the sails are picked out in led clarity.

Earlier in the day the main celebration in the flag circle turned into a handfasting, as two of our community took the plunge into a formal joining that will be followed up by a marriage in Scotland where pagan celebrants have that legal power.

The music tonight was from ZZ Birmingham and his bad, and the Dust Brothers - who between them made so much sound from cigar box guitars and a multitude of pedals and stomp boxes that they blew the generator! But we reset it!
