Old and New

It looks as if a Chinese business occupies the old premises of the Victorian Spiritualists Union, which has apparently sold its historic premises on A'Beckett Street, and moved out of the CBD.

I was tottering to meet some people for lunch. It took me 50 minutes to do a journey that should have been less than 20. Feet. Luckily someone gave me a lift back. They've improved as the day went on, and I had a very pleasant swim mid afternoon, which really helped. I managed to walk to the excellent Rosa's Canteen for dinner. It was grand to see Mr A enjoying his food, although he's now retreated to bed as soon as we got back to the hotel room. What a pair we are this week!
