The tail that wags the dog

There have been times when I’ve wondered if Basil has now lost the ability to wag his tail and, certainly, it doesn’t go up vertically like it used to. However, it definitely still wags in certain situations, such as when you come home after being out for a while - and when he meets other dogs. He liked this Mini Schnauzer (Bentley) we saw this morning so much that I thought his tail was going to wag off.

In other news, there is a decapitated frog on the patio...no idea when or how it met its fate and trying not to think about it too much!
