Compton Verney

We went to Compton Verney this morning for coffee and a picnic lunch.  We had a walk round the grounds and lake before heading upstairs to visit the British Folk Art Collection, a permanent feature at the house.

Thursday appears to be children's day at Compton Verney, the very young outnumbered the oldies, many of whom seemed to be kid sitting grandparents.

It was quieter upstairs and it was nice to revisit the museum.
