The Castle

Well on my way home and off now for a week a mixed day with Sandra taking unwell on the train again she had been sick three times at first I thought it might be that winter vomiting bug but she had taken a double dose of her painkillers which had made her feel dizzy and soon as she stood up on the moving train it was the old heave ho , poor lass then I had to be taxied to Dunbar this afternoon with six other colleagues as there had been a fatality at Longniddry so another sad day and when I finally got to the depot back in Edinburgh this evening the train involved in that incident was sitting in the shed being checked over it had been cleaned but was badly damaged it is so sad for all involved in these instances the family the driver and the staff that have to deal with cleaning and the emergency staff on scene so it really affects a lot of people when something like this happens sadly. Anyhow this was a shot of the side of Edinburgh Castle on my way home, we head to our hotel in Newcastle tomorrow before flying to Prague for a few days so hopefully I will have some nice shots but may be off the grid for a few days but will catch up with you all as soon as I can have a good weekend and look forward to catching up with your blips :-)
