A taste of sunshine!

A dull dry start with a the slightest hint of sun. Rain started lunchtime but only light.

We went into Town this morning as we had seen an Antique and Craft fair to be held in the Market Hall. So disappointed - only a handful of stalls with nothing much to offer. The cafe was doing well but we only had a quick look and then left.

Having lived in Spain for 14 years we were amazed to see all the shops open! We expected a handful but with the exception of banks, etc. all were open! We are not used to this - no shopping in Spain of a Sunday - a family day.

However, we popped into M & S and got vests for Alan - very exciting! Then we called into an Indian Restaurant for lunch which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Home and started on the blackberry and apple pie. Looking forward to some later with custard.
