Rock Art

I came across this pebble when I was tidying up ready for our visitors today. It must have been one of the stones that Kai decorated - it looks as though it's a pirate with a cutlass. I keep finding odd things from their visit around the house and garden, and they bring back so many memories. 
Our visitors arrived bang on noon, and stayed for about 5 hours. Over a long lunch we had a lovely catch up. We've known one another for nearly 40 years but last saw each other at our "diving club farewell party" just before we left Warwickshire one year ago this week  Our friend C was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago but has responded well to his treatment. He lost all of his hair with the chemo and it has grown back as soft as a baby's, and he's delighted with it.
