The beach at Fidden

The Mull weather threw its worst at us today. Driving rain and winds from when we got up til about 5.00pm. The compensation was that it seemed to be the same for the rest of the UK.

It wasn’t a wasted day however, we spent time going through the mountain of information in the cottage deciding what to do in the coming days.

Late in the afternoon we ventured out down the road to Finnphort calling in at the Mull Makers display and having a good chat with the lady there about what to do and where to go.

From there, as the rain stopped we drove down a narrow road to Fidden and on to the end of the road at Knockvologan. On the return journey we stopped at Fidden where today’s blip was taken. As a reward at the end of the day a golden sunset lit up the sky and land promising a better day tomorrow.
