Scalloped edging

Checked in on Sandy Beach about midday.  The beach is now a series of pretty steep scallops with a flat runup.  Can you make out the little figure giving you an idea of the height of the sand ledge created over in the corner? (Those of you on phones and tablets, not a chance, sorry.)  Waves were of a normal day, but still a little confused in direction.   Saw a single iwa bird (frigate bird)  flying over the beach.

Woke up to no cell phone service this morning, but otherwise everything is returning to normal.  Back in service in late afternoon.   A rain shower just came thru - yea!
