I may be easily pleased but I must say that the process for getting passports these days is very user friendly.

Firstly, you can do it all on line, including uploading your photograph.

Secondly, you get a blow-by-blow account of where you are in the process.

I'm queuing - at least I'm doing it in the comfort of my home.
