Ride Out

A pansy and viola order first thing this morning followed by spraying for caterpillar  and getting the emails out.

This afternoon the forecast was dry so I headed out on the bike.It rained most of the afternoon.Still it gave me the chance to test just how waterproof the kit is and I am pleased to say it was fine.Some of the roads are so bad in the Trough of Bowland that they can only be described as dangerous.It beggars belief that we are spending over a hundred million pounds on a feasibility study for our own UK GPS system when the roads are so bad you can't get anywhere on them anyway.

In the extra is a view of Slaidburn and some of the local traffic.The bike is great on A and B roads but I feel a bit vulnerable on the motorway.Very little camaraderie between motorcyclists now which is a shame when there is so few of us on the road and we all share the same passion.
