The mouse ran up the...

...pew!

I've spent the day in North Yorkshire with my sister, Tony and mum sorting out wedding stuff.

This little fellow can be found running up the pews on the church that Jane and Tony are getting married in. He is the signature and trademark of Robert 'Mouseman' Thompson of Kilburn, Yorkshire.

Thompson made traditional handcrafted english oak furniture in the 1930s. Each piece has a signature mouse on it. Far better than an actual mouse, which I suspect I shared my bed with last night.

This afternoon was spent in the metrocentre. Do not go there on a Saturday in the run up to christmas. It's simply not worth it!
