A beer here.

We worked at Betaille this morning and came back to Lentillac at lunchtime to meet with Catherine and Luc.  We took them to meet their new neighbours and spent an hour over coffee and bavarder. Then we took a trailer load of rubbish to the dump. I always feel personally cleansed when I have emptied a trailer at the dump!  Back home again and we sat on the terrace with rosé and beer.  I cooked chicken with star anise, tarragon, caramelised carrots and cream, yummy.
