Oban Trip - Hebridean Sky

A lovely sunny day with a few very brief showers

We made a late decision yesterday to take the tour bus from Broughty Ferry to Oban - courtesy of our free bus passes. It is a 3 1/2 journey through mostly beautiful countryside and the time passes quickly. We were met at the Bus Station in Oban by fellow Blipper, Maurice, better known as Grumpy Old Man  . After a 10 minute chat we went in search of lunch and then a walk around the main front. Lots of ships in Harbour or moving around - it really is a busy terminal. The cruise ship closest to shore was the MV Hebridean Sky, which is currently on a tour of the Hebridean Islands off the west coast of Scotland.

Mid afternoon saw us boarding the bus again and back home, returning just 30 seconds after the scheduled arrival time!
