Last few things

We were out pretty early today to do a few last things on the High Street. Glad it stayed dry, though it was pretty cool.

First stop was the bank, then G went to a charity shop whilst I ended up in the North Face shop and came away with a fleece which I've been looking for for a couple of years! A few more shops visited and we came home to have a cream tea.

A little more tidying up was done and in trying to tighten the screws on the dining table, the leg that was most loose is now completely broken. Oh well.

Later, we went out again to support our friends Chris and Margaret at a church meeting. It started at 7 and went on longer than expected. The temperature dropped rapidly and I was er - cold! G didn't even have a fleece!

Home for a pizza dinner and I have checked-in for tomorrow's flight! A month has flown, as they do when you're on holiday.
