Desk bound.

Saw Des at the gym this morning, and he made lot's of excuses why he hadn't been for ages, one of them being it was his 75th birthday, and he had a drop too much gin to drink. Kate, ( the trainer that did the Bodytrax reading for me) said hello, disappeared into the office, and came out with a new gym towel for me. How nice was that? Of course Des wanted to know how  I got one,  so she went to get another one to give to him. He was well chuffed!   Went up to Open Church afterwards, saw Kevin & Adrian, quaffed a quick cuppa, then headed into town. Took this outside the antique shop, and then did some shopping in town. Came home on the bus, and J arrived not long afterwards.
