The final countdown.

Went to M & S this morning to take back a jacket we ordered online for J, as it was too big. As soon as we arrived I had a migraine, so I went to the ladies to take two Migraleve, and  luckily it passed quite quickly. We went to the cafe for a coffee and some sandwiches, and then drove home. I got changed and went to the gym, and as I only intended doing the twenty minute Sprint8, J waited outside in the car park for me. I took this just as I was nearly finished, and we came straight home. I got changed again, and unfortunately my migraine came back, so I had to take more tablets. Not really a good day for me, but I think it's because I didn't sleep well last night.
