the place to be seen in

After returning from a wonderful holiday in the Outer Hebrides (and thanks again for the comments on the holiday pics) work has hit hard to get the feet quickly back on the ground. After two hefty days in my Uk office I am now in Milan again. I took an hour this evening enjoying the warm weather that is still here, walking around the Duomo and touristy area. 
The blip is taken in the very stylish 19th century shopping arcade  Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II where is is good to be seen even if you can't afford  the shops there. Apparently in 2012 McDonalds were kicked out to be replaced by a second Prada shop. They weren't pleased so Milan gave them a shop around the corner now every one is happy. 
The extra gives a better impression of what is a very impressive building even if you can't see the even more impressive floor.
