Just some stumps in the pond!

I was so excited to find the glaze tests i did the other day....they had lots of tell me and they were in tact, not stuck to shelves....and a couple of them are lovely! I've managed to get myself way ahead of schedule...and so today i spent a few hours exploring these new pieces and then figuring out how to achieve something similar on 4 larger pieces! i'll load the kiln tomorrow and fire it over night! We'll see!!!

Apart from that, i tried a couple of times to head for a walk, each time i was ready to go, having watched the sun come out.....as soon as i stepped out the door, it began to rain/snow!!! Finally, i managed to get out, and altho it rained off and on during my wanderings, i had a lovely time!

A quiet night for Terry and I.....hahahaha....you'd think we had something other than quiet nights here at Big Hill....altho next weekend will be quite a gathering. It'll be the annual meditation retreat!
Lots to do in the coming week to prepare, so i'm incredibly happy that i'm ahead of the game in the studio!

Almost forgot....the sub-sunday has been resurrected over on the forums....and so to that end here is the journal i want to recommend. you should also check out the forum thread on this idea!
