It's just a weed...

Only a weed, but then I don't claim originality when I say a weed is just a plant in the wrong place. Yesterday we passed a large bank of Rosebay Willowherb on our walk which looked magnificent; you wouldn't want it in your garden but a cultured rose or a pristine dahlia amongst it where it was would have looked completely out of place and been the 'weed'. This is growing in a raised border at the front of my house so shouldn't really be there but we only have shrubs growing so it can't do much harm. It's staying put for now.
