New shoes

My new running shoes arrived today – Altra Olympus. They are foot shaped and flat (no heel) and because they have such a wide toe box, they are known in running circles as ‘duck shoes’.  I have flat wide feet and need plenty of room for my toes, so they are perfect for me.

I’ll try them out tomorrow.

Thanks to everyone who confirmed that the building in yesterday's blip looks like an owl. My bird spotting skills are obviously improving. Hee hee.
